I hope you heart these posts as much as I like putting them together!

A person who goes shopping with other people and tells them what to buy (also known as a stylist) or Stacy London’s assistant – We’ve been watching a lot of WNTW lately and I think that qualifies me as an expert. I stare at the screen and nod my head enthusiastically at everything Stacy and Clinton say. And I got the sassy remarks down. “Lock and load the ladies.” “Those pants make your butt look inflateable.” “Shut up!”
A permanent audience member of the Ellen show –Qualifications: dance moves unheard of for a white girl; loud, contagious laugh; enthusiasm for any free prize; expert ridiculous game player
Wife of a celebrity- Want to start a fashion line? No problem. How about perfume? Of course! What about writing a cookbook or novel? Automatic best seller! And let’s see what you’ll look like in a Gap ad. Perfect!
One of the ladies on The View – I’m convinced that I could form better arguments then Elizabeth. Plus, discussing Hot Topics that are actually frivolous is one my favorite pastimes.
Writer of magazine headlines – Let me showcase my talents: Cosmopolitan, “Satisfy your man in 12 easy steps” – Real Simple ,“Fun weekend project: organizing the linen closet! ”- Rachael Ray, “Just douse everything with EVOO and parmesan cheese and you’re set!”
Congratulations to my sis and her little family. Baby Kaitlyn is so perfect. Gotta love the Bellessa family lips.

I just love getting Christmas cards and analyzing each photo. They’re almost as good as wedding invites which I always rip open and study the image for several minutes before I list off what I do and don’t like. I saw these Christmas card ideas in Martha mag a few years ago and I still love them. The family in the forth card is uba cheesy.
I love our little Polaroid wall but I’m considering changing it into a Polaroid line. Thoughts?

Well hello Friday. It’s nice to see you again. Today I’m delighted to shine the spotlight on Courtney from Inside the Loop. Her blog is one of my favorites for it’s mix of fashion, interiors and good finds that are always so fresh. Courtney is also featured in the December issue of Lucky as their lucky girl. Perfect. Here’s her response to the question- What’s one thing you love about yourself?

I am an extremely resilient person. I am a go-getter and love to take risks, however along with risk comes adversity. I have certainly encountered many obstacles and endured my share of failed outcomes along the way, but I always give it another go. Sometimes it can take several tries before I land on both feet, but having the abillity to quickly bounce back gives me more time to enjoy all of the exciting experiences life has to offer.
What a fantastic attitude to have. Maybe you should pass some of that on over to me. Thanks Courtney!
I also spotted some fun projects in blog land this week that are along the lines of this one – check our Free Encouragement and this Operation Nice assignment. Have a fantastic weekend.
Remember you can participate in this project too – just email me a self portrait and one thing you love about yourself. It will make you all happy inside.
I know I just expressed my love for the Gap’s fill-in-the-blank ad campaign, but that was before I saw the holiday edition. This one with Jason Bateman and his daughter is my most favorite. But I’m a sucker for little kids in jeans.
Update: Karen just sent me links to more ads and cute Gap Christmas videos. The Selma Blair/Rainn Wilson version of Baby It’s Cold Outside is not to be missed.

I was just checking my Spam mailbox ready to delete it all (since I’m not really in need of any Viagra) and what at do you know? I stumbled upon a message that wasn’t spam at all but a lovely submission for the inspiration board contest. Oh, I just feel so bad. So please enjoy this lovely inspiration line by Hayley. It really is perfect, don’t you think?
Wow, I was sent some amazing submissions for the inspiration board contest. So amazing in fact, that after seeing all of them it was way too difficult to decide by myself so I sent in reinforcements and had six other people help me judge (two of them were boys) to make sure that I was being fair. I really love something about each board. But alas, my bank account can’t allow for me to give a prize to each one of you (though I would like to) so a winner must be declared. Actually, the top two boards were too close to call so I’m going to announce two winners. So, a big congrats to Summer and Karen. (insert screams and giggles and a tad bit of white girl dancing) Shoot me an email with your addresses and a little prize will be on its way.
