I thought I’d end things with a bang. Orange is my least favorite Skittle but my most favorite color accent. After this week, red is coming in a close second. Oh, who am I kidding?! They’re all my fave. Although pink is feeling a little left out. It might need to make an appearance next week. Is everyone game?

I might need to get out my trusty Crayolas to help me decide if the title of this post is accurate. Are these photos depicting turquoise? Or is it more like aquamarine, pacific blue and cerulean? Either way, I’m liking it.
Maggie over at Magchunk is having her first giveaway and it’s a good one. One lucky will win a large Skycab print. I’m loving the saturated colors. And doesn’t it fit in nicely with pops of color week? Go comment by Friday! If one of you wins, will you give it to me?
PS Isn’t Maggie the cutest name?

I don’t think I have even one speck of red in my apartment but seeing all these photos is making me want to change that pronto. This might be my fave color so far. Shhh, don’t tell yellow.

For obvious reasons, green is the color of the day. I’m off to eat some corn beef and to watch some Lord of the Dance.

I’m officially declaring it pops of color week on You Are My Fave. First up is the darling yellow which has been a personal fave for years, as evident by my teenage, bright yellow room in my parent’s house. Come to think of it, even my first bedroom had yellow wallpaper with birds on it. I love home. I love yellow.
Maybe I’m just on a high from feeling like a superstar yesterday, but I’m thinking I’m going to start offering Polaroid subscriptions. Just for a fun little project. Nothing formal or anything, just some of my favorite Polaroid shots showing up in your mailbox on a monthly basis.
If you’re interested, email me at melbellessa@gmail.com. I’m offering 3 months for $14 and 6 months for $27.

Can you blame me for loving it when they feature home tours like this? I love the blues, the greens, the yellows. And you can’t forget the chalkboard. Never forget the chalkboard.
I’m also loving Sunset because it gives plenty of shout-outs to Denver which is rarely done. I often feel the urge to say, “Hey, don’t forget about us. We’re a cool city too.” Must be the fact that I’m a youngest child.

Kathleen over at Grosgain always has perfect styling in her photos. This one with the paper cranes especially caught my eye.
PS She’s giving the dress away too!
I’m sharing one of my favorite date ideas over on Smitten today. Joanna is the best. And now I’m feeling like belgian waffles and sausage. I really love sausage.
