Everyone thank you for all your interesting comments on my Denmark post. It was especially great to hear from those of you who actually live there and who have a more realistic perspective of your great country. From the brief clip on the Oprah show, I was mostly impressed with the ideals of biking for transportation, eating fresh, and spending time with family and hope that I can adopt them in my own life. And I would love to visit soon.

    Did i ever tell you that Tyler's aunt (his fathers sister) MELodie has lived in Denmark for 25+ years. She married a loca (Olie)l… they have a daughter name Safra who was born on Christmas. They have not been married for the last 5 or years… but they still live together. She loves it. She sends us cool stuff.

    As far as eating fresh, living simply, biking/walking, and making lots of time for family, many places in Europe would fit the bill. We're in southern Spain right now and we've vowed that when we go back to the States we're bringing some of it back with us in our habits and priorities.
