I love this cottage for various reasons. The top reason being the light blue door followed closely by the wallpaper and outdoor space. I have nothing really clever to say about this topic so I’ll leave you with the fact that as I’m writing this, Ryan and I are working on our night cheese.
I’m happy to introduce a new series I’m going to be featuring on YAMF, Cool Couples. Here’s the breakdown:
Cool couples sharing their secrets of being cool + an amazing illustration from Gemma Correll = an all-around fun time
The first couple are the Chos. Joy being the genius behind Oh Joy and Bob being her cool other half (who happens to be pretty good at the blogging thing too). Thanks Chos!

I’ve professed my love of Shabby Apple on more than one occasion. It’s just that next to the cardigan, a well made dress is my fave piece of clothing. And I’m not sure it gets much better than this jitterbug dress that is up for grabs today. Charcoal. Thick banded waist. Cluster of flowers. Sleeves. Non wrinkle. Part of a healthy closet.

Oh, and the beret is completely optional.
Sarah always creates the most fun stuff for The Small Object. It has just the right amount of quirk for me. I especially love the Today is Super journal. Today is super. Ryan and I are celebrating four years of marriage. Give it up, what what. That was to be said in a Liz Lemon voice.
I’m beyond excited, thrilled, elated really to share that I’m joining the team of amazing women at Hip Hip Hooray as a contributing editor. I’ll be posting party ideas inspired by children’s literature. My first post is up today.
I really love the paintings Viv has scattered throughout her home. I really love her wardrobe too. Oh, and her use of wallpaper. So basically I’m bordering between an admirer and a crazed fan.
Right now I’m feeling rather inspired by this park installation and colorful triangle fabric. Don’t they fit together nicely?

I love this paper balloon display. I want to base all future parties off of this even if it meant I was labeled a one note. I watch too many competition based reality shows.

Cat is the talent behind everything you spot and instantly add to your virtual shopping cart in the BrideBlu shop. She has offered one reader an Anabelle necklace in the color of their choice. I can’t decide if I love the milky turquoise, emerald or ballet slipper more. They’re all so pretty and dainty.
