I am with you– dreaming of summer, and these are perfect inspiration. A few of them remind me of confetti, which is so fun! Down with winter!!

Wait a second, isn’t Colorado supposed to have like 380 days of sunlight a year? I’m just poking fun because we Seattlites like to complain so much about our long, gray, dreary winter and think that everyone has it worse than us
Love the patterns! -

I love winter so much. It makes me sad that most people don’t appreciate it! Of course, winter in North Carolina is just cold enough to make your nose pink. We don’t have to do much snow shoveling.

Oooh, I LOVE these, especially the one called “Rhyme and Reason.” They make me think of really color-saturated tissue paper, which isn’t surprising considering I teach 2nd grade and it’s Valentine’s week. I’ve been elbows deep in Elmer’s, glitter, and tissue paper scraps all week. Nothing we made was as pretty as those, though!
I also love her horse– would be cute in a little boy’s room. http://www.laraharwood.co.uk/works/prints/screenprints/mini-prints/01-YeeHah-2011

I saw these years ago. The artist does not seem to have moved on. I find this work too commercial especially in a recesssion.
