a hip handmade holiday is my fave

November 1, 2012

It seems like every year somebody that’s part of a gift exchange proposes the idea that all gifts have to be handmade and everybody jumps on board only to realize they have no brilliant ideas and you end up with something that looks like it should be part of a white elephant exchange. That’s why I had to do a little heel click today when my crafty gal pals Susan and Alison launched their e-book A Hip Handmade Holiday. Instructions for eighteen hip gifts I can make myself for a cool $10? Sign me up.

You can buy your own copy here. Nicely done ladies!

That is an amazing idea for a book. I think there is such a fine line between really good and too crafty. The photos here already show some great ideas.
