a pegboard sign is my fave

you are my fave: peg board sign

you are my fave: peg board sign

Inspired by the Lite Brite of my childhood, I created this colorful pegboard sign. The best part is that the message can easily be changed for any occasion like your birthday or national soft pretzel day, which are two in the same really. Click here for the full tutorial on Julep. It didn’t photograph as well as I would have liked but it’s swell in person.

Here’s some more reading for your Monday that you’re sure to love:

Lite brites were (and are!) the best! This DIY project brings back so many childhood memories and it makes me want to go find mine–finger’s crossed I still have it somewhere. :)

LOL — I am a teacher (grade 1&2) and I pulled out the Lite Brite last week to use as a creative centre! They love it –I’d like to try a large peg board too for messages. Thanks for the great idea!

It is so frustrating when things do not photograph well. This pegboard could have a variety of uses.
